A. We welcome orders from merchants, distributors
and stockists, from both
home and overseas markets. For new customers an
account application form is available as a download

Ordering
could not be easier. Dedicated phone lines are available
as is the facility to fax or e mail an order. Our
on line ordering service to cater for the needs
of electronic ordering can be found at ‘orders@greenaways.co.uk’.

Q.
What Delivery / Availability Can I Expect Once My
Order Is Received?
A. Our policy
is to hold large stocks of most items, thus facilitating
a quick response to all orders received. With this
in mind, our usual despatch is within 24 / 48 hours
of receipt of order depending on the size of order
and location of the delivery address. We also have
a Trade Counter facility to allow customers to collect
orders when in a hurry. Our expanding fleet of vehicles
are on hand to cover most UK areas, and the option
also exists of timed, same day and premium rate
delivery methods through an experienced 3rd party
haulier.

How Can I Pay For My Goods?
A. If you prefer,
there is the option to set up a Trading Account.
Credit Facilities are available as are preferential
rates given to prompt payments! Cheque payments
and BACS facilities are also available. We do not
however, as things stand offer a credit card payment
facility.

Are You A Recognised QA Company?
A. Yes. Our
companies procedures fully comply with the stringent
requirements of ISO9001:2000 (see news page for
full details) Independent and Comprehensive testing
methods ensure that our products are of the highest
quality giving our customers the confidence that
all supplies will be fit for purpose and right first
time. Our accreditation covers all quality administration
systems, standards and guidelines in accordance
with BS EN ISO9001:2000. Test Certification, letters
of conformity and Full Independent Load Bearing
/ Safe Working Load Test Analyses are all available
where appropriate.
